I make Model T wooden transmission bands for Fords from 1909-1927. But why use wooden bands in your transmissions?

Wood bands have been around for a long time and were originally used in the early teens for Mr. Ford's automobiles. My bands are made with a special type of wood and are low-friction and non-abrasive. I make narrow or wide sets and each can be adjusted up to an inch of travel in your petals. With wood bands in place, your engine will run cleaner and more efficiently. They will not damage your engine drums and will last from 10 to 15 years if used properly. I strongly recommend wood bands for your model T because they will not wear out quickly, crack drums nor will they seize engines as other materials have been known to do.

Each set of bands includes the brass rivets and original instructions. My bands are cut with precision, steamed and bent with quality that will show in your antique car's performance.
